The Company manages its real estate portfolio to monitor tenant credit quality and lease renewal risks. It operates through two segments, namely Real Estate and Investment Management. The Company invests in commercial properties located in the United States and Northern and Western Europe. Its portfolio consists of approximately 1,266 properties, net-leased to approximately 356 tenants. In addition, the Company's portfolio includes full or partial ownership interests in approximately 20 operating properties, including 19 self-storage properties and one hotel.
